I'm have conditional formatting on a range of cells. This highlights a cell in a row when it detects more than 4 other cells in the row that contain the word "DOWN". What i need to figure out is how to have that formatting in place, but also check another cell in the row and IGNORE formatting if that other cell contains "tty". Thanks!
