Is there a way to compare all rows to each other? I have a large 3000 row spreadsheet, and on one column, I would like to compare row 1 vs 2, 1 vs 3, 1 vs 4, 1 vs 5, 1 vs 6.....2999 vs 3000. I know, that's 5 million combinations. I will be dividing the smaller number into the larger number, to get a percentage/correlation.

I am trying to combine Conditional Formatting in the tab source worksheet. Basically, if O3 is less then B3 it should be shaded red and if it is higher it should be shaded green (remove all yellow which is same was supposed to be same as previous month). That same formatting would hold true for the rest of column O (O4 vs. B4, O5 vs. B5 down to cell O47 vs B47).
