Retail centered: I need to write a formula calculating exclusive items within a store.

I want to create a formula that reads performs this action: If the text in AP3 says Temporarily Off the Market, then return TOM in BL3 OR If the text in AP3 says Permanently Off Market, then return POM in BL3 OR If the text in AP3 says Exclusive Expired, then return Expired in BL3

I have inventory for two different parts being built on two different spreadsheets. The newer part has many of the same components as the older part, and a few parts exclusive to it. I need to keep a total quantity on hand of all of the components in my shop, but I don't know how to get that count to automatically generate from the number of parts that we ship out.

I have 2 issues. I've created an excel sheet that tracks all our photo usage for 8 different brands for 7 different photo agencies. Some photo agency agreements have a flat monthly fee of $2k for 200 photos. Therefore, if we only use 1 photos per month, the cost of the photo becomes $2K, whereas the next month we download 200 photos and each photo costs $10/photo. However, we have exclusive photos that cost $165/photo outside of the agreement. How do I create a formula the reflects that? I can share my google sheet to explain
