I have a formula =C3/B3 which is 82/123 excel is calculating it to be 66.8% On my calculator it is 66.6% C4/B4 which is 39/36 is 106.9% on excel, but 108.3% on my calculator. What am I doing wrong? Automatic is checked under calculation options.

I was sent an excel file that has circular references for vlookup in column B, but shows a value in the cell with the vlookup.
The formula in B2 is "=VLOOKUP(A2,Sheet1!$A$2:$B$7,2,FALSE)"
The calculation is set for automatic for the workbook.
