I am using drop down selections as an order sheet that searches the document to gather pricing from tables throughout various tabs. In the "order Generator" tab under the "Homeowner delivery" section i want it to show the estimated delivery duration when the price is generated.All the cells outlined in bright red in tabs "order Generator and Topsoil is what you need to refer to. i tried to color code these cells to help explain how it works.

I created a weekday column which displays Mon, Tue, Wed, etc. for example, May 05 2018 which appears as Sat in my weekday column actually contains an alphanumeric code behind it (1900-01-07). copy and paste values is not allowing me to erase this alpha numeric code in the back ground and I cannot create the pivot table I need. I simply need to summarize some data by weekday. please help!
