I have a data set comprising of 21 text files, each containing thousands of negative and positive numerical values separated by two space characters, e.g. N1 N2 N3 etc. The nature of these values is intensity over a specific timecourse, thereby, their original order within these text files must be conserved. I need to gather these 21 text files into a single excel file, then construct a simple x,y statistical plot. Simple copy and pasting does not work, as excel creates around 120 rows into a single column with each cell in a row containing around 40 values in a horizontal orientation.
