I need help on my complex montecarlo solution with a use of quadratic equation.

I have two lists of data, lets call them the gold list and the blue list. Both lists have names and emails of people. The blue list is the most up to date, while the gold list has emails that are absent from the blue. I am trying to find a way to pull over the data from the gold list, in order to fill in empty spaces in the blue list, without overriding blue list entries
