Im still having issues trying to get the quantity, maybe I'm inputting the formula in the wrong cell, ultimately we want to find out the quantity of each tool and each tool is identified by item number in the column IDNO, there are multiples and just trying to figure out how to use which ever formula to give us the total of each tool

Hello. I've searched everything I can find on countifs, array formula, named ranges and cell references and I can't find out why my formula isn't working. This formula is working: =SUMPRODUCT(COUNTIFS(E7:F7,{1,2},E12:F12,"X")) I would like the array {1,2} to be pulled from a cell reference or a named range instead of having it embedded in the formula. So I tried these: =SUMPRODUCT(COUNTIFS(E7:F7,B11,E12:F12,"X")) where B11 contains {1,2} And =SUMPRODUCT(COUNTIFS(E7:F7,Weeks,E12:F12,"X")) where Weeks is a named range referencing B11 I use CSE after entering each of these to get the curly brackets. Yet neither pull back the correct results (they show a 0 when the correct formula (the first one) would pull back 2.

Please can you tell me how I can lookup a cell in an array and return another column for every time the lookup value appears within the array? I will need to find a match when the lookup value appears as part of the string in the array and not require the cell in the array the equal the lookup value, just contain it.

The reports used to create the table Column D:L do not show line items without stock – They only have information on products that had stock on the dates recorded. So I cannot use a lookup formula to find dates in which stock was zero, because those dates would not be listed in the column. It will be a challenge but what I am looking for is a formula is column S that, using the line item in column R, will search the Table (Columns D:L) and find the number of dates between 7/1/17 and 7/31/17 in which no data could be found for the the line item in Column R

I want a formula that will count the number of days out of stock for an MSKU (Value in Column E) based on being unable to find a date between the ranges listed in “Table Ranges” (B2:C5) Corresponding with the dates listed in Column M
