Hi Experts, I have an Task im stuck with my knowledge. I would need to fill Column R with correct Names. This depends on the Pilotmatrix Sheet as some pilots are not available on some times/trips. My solution does not work as it only works with ongoing flow. I would have an idea with INDEX and ONGOING formula, but i did not find a way so far. Can anyone help me with this?

I want to find out how much life insurance a person can get based on tobacco usage, their age and their budget. I have life insurance rate sheets that have tobacco/age/rate/death benefit -- where the rate and death benefit increases from $30,000 death benefit to $250,000 and the premium goes up. A 40 year old with $50 to spend would have a different death benefit than a 40 year old with $100 to spend. I have both excel sheets. I just don't know how to get them to look up across multiple rows.
