I'm trying to write a formula that will return the number of Discovery Calls set during a given date range, from Row 1 of the Inbound SDR Funnel sheet. Additionally, I will need to the formula to segment the Lead Source (Column B of the Discoveries Set Data sheet) and the Lead Type (Column A) from the Discoveries Set Data sheet.
The new formula should be entered starting on B13 of the Inbound SDF Funnel Sheet. The formula logic starting in B7 should be a good reference.

I am trying to get a formula that works to bring in the "Position" So I have one sheet with Personnel ID number, Pay period end date and on another sheet I have a date range (Begin date in one column and End date in another) and the position title.
