I am not able to access the Data Validation tool from "edit in the browser" within Excel online. Could you help me work through this, or maybe show me another way to create an excel drop down list?

I'm trying to create a spreadsheet that will let me populate a cell with training sessions and it will automatically sum up the hours and minutes. I'm using data validation to filter out the modules by subject in the adjacent column, and I've added a macro to allow that cell to be populated with a number of modules. I need to somehow link the modules to the times on the next sheet, and sum the total hours and minutes.

I'm looking to create a form where drop-downs change depending on what was chosen in the previous cell. I'd like to be able to somehow do a VLOOKUP in a Data Validation, if possible.

The adding of which three months depends on the data validation I have used. I put the months starting from March in the source. So if I picked May from the data validation cell, formula should add March,April,and May's line items amounts.

I'm looking to use data validation to solve a problem, but it simply may not be the best route. Here's is what I'm trying to accomplish. I have multiple customers all who have different services we provide. Within each customer's list of services is a list of different allocation methods we use. What I'd like to do is pre-populate the service list and allocation methods in drop-down list by just knowing the specific customer. I have approximately 50 customers, and there's more detail for each of which I'd like to do the same prepopulating method. Can you guide me?
