I want to conditionally format cells on a spreadsheet based on date. Using two side by side columns, I want to highlight cells in one column that have a date one year or greater than the adjacent cell in the column. In other words, Highlight this cell if the date contained in the cell is one year or greater than the date in the other cell, with each cell having it's own unique reference date from the another column.
