How do I use conditional formatting to colour a cell when the date in one column matches the date in a row along the top of the chart? The coloured cell should be the cell that corresponds between the column and cell.

I need a formula to use in Conditional Formatting that will highlight the first cell in a row containing any value >0 and another formula that will highlight the last cell in a row containing any value >0. For example, my first row is C2:S2, where the first cell>0 is F2. I need a formula that will start looking in D2 and look until it reaches F2, where it will highlight that cell then move to row C3:S3. I am using Excel for Mac 2016.

I am trying to use a simple Conditional formatting to highlight the row based on the data in column B. My formula is copied from several other online sources. I am actually using the same formula in another workbook, and its fine. I don't understand why this isn't working. =$B2="NA" is the formula. Chose a color for highlighting. Selection of my entire sheet - Nothing. It doesn't highlight. I have moved the formula and changed the data. Lost and Confused. please help.

I hope I explain this correctly C5 = todays date Column M = Has this formula =IF(I2="","",I2-C$5) it calculates the difference in days from a random date + it also has conditional formatting. Hi, I am have an excel budget sheet with three important rows at the bottom. 1. a sum of each column. 2. a row with the copied value of the sum-value above to hava as a control. 3. a formula that subtract the above values (I would like this value to be zero as a control). To the first and third row I would like to have conditional formatting, coloring them red if they are not the right value (i.e: the 1st row to colour red if its not the same as thr 2nd row, and the 3rd row to colour red if its not zero). This contitional formatting only applied correct to three of my columns, and three colours red even if the values are correct.

When a cell is clicked, the entire row of that cell should be highlighted temporarily. I need this conditional formatting entire row so that it is easy to navigate through the row of a selected cell.
