I need a formula to change a cell to a different color. In the cell I have a date of when a task was completed. But I want to the cell to change to specific colors when that task is, for example, 15 days old or 30 days old from the day the task is completed. It is suppose to serve as a reminder to the person working on the workbook that everything else that goes with that task needs to be done too.
