How do I break the relationship of groups of radio buttons? I've set it up to change color when a radio button is selected by using conditional formatting from another cell with numbers, but when I add more than two, I can't get it to work because it changes it to 3 which makes all the ones in that column green instead of just the one I select. I tried assigning the new radio buttons to a different cell, but it still keeps count for all the radio buttons. I am creating a quicksearch sheet to compile data. I have tried vlookup, index, match etc, but I am unable to get the result that I want. My problem is that I have a list of people, and for example, let's say I am tracking licence plates and some people have more than one car, and I want to be able to reference the plate no,, color make and model of the car. I can definitely make the list work easily doing vlookup, but I can't make the list bring up more than one line of information.

I need to reference information in one sheet in a different sheet. VLOOKUP and MATCH and INDEX are close but not exactly what I want. My example would be tenants in room numbers and all associated information about each tenant. The base info is found in sheet1 and the productive, IE 'quicksearch' will be in sheet2. I only want the chart to show 1 room number and 1 tenant, but I want to see all the other information tracked. So, in the simple example, I want licenses and car make, model and color.

Create a new conditional formatting rule that displays any Inventory Value for the Food & Health department with a value of $30,000 or more as Red fill color (second column, last row). There will be two qualifying entries. Note, Mac users select the range G2:G78. Then in the New Formatting Rule dialog box, select the style Classic.
