HI, I have just been on here and one of your experts helped me with a formula (Shown in cells I12:I23 (big help). However this only looks at the dates in column B. I need a formula to return the same results but only if the cells in column C are "complete" or "H&S complete". Hi, I'm trying to write a formula to calculate the sum of the n groups of the products of 3 columns. For example =SUM(PRODUCT(B3:D3),PRODUCT(B4:D4),PRODUCT(B5:D5)) would be a basic answer, but this would be tedious to do if the number of rows were a lot larger. I know I could create another column for the products, then a cell for the sum of these products, but I was just wondering if I could do it without this additional step.

I need to make a pivot table of multiple sheets that represent data about the same thing on different years. The columns are: Name/Position/Unit/Hours. Sheet 1, Column A is blank. Sheet 1, Column B (B2 through B30450) has random school names. (Example: Breakfast Point School). Row 1 has headers. Sheet 2, Column A (A2 through A58) is filled with four-digit numbers (school numbers). Row 1 also has headers. Sheet 2, Column B is filled with school names (Bay High School, Breakfast Point School, etc.) I want Sheet 1, A2, to look for the correct school number in Sheet 2. How do I proceed?

Anything under column 'C' server name, shown in any value (numeric or alpha) in columns 'E, F, G or H', that coincides with (PRD) from column 'A' should be listed under column ;M' as the number '1'. If nothing is shown then column 'M' is shown as '0'. The same is for server names in column 'C' that are listed under (UAT) in column 'A' shown in columns 'E, F, G or H' that are shown in column 'J' as the number '1'. If nothing is complete show as '0'. Column 'K' should be triggered on any server name with 'SST' and should be triggered be 'INF', 'SQL', TEST', WEB' in column 'L' as a numerical '1'. Basically anything numeric or alpha listed in columns E thru H will be shown as '1' if nothing show as '0' for by the above guidelines.
