Hi, I need to solve the question: If it was possible to introduce higher driver pricing during specific hours to increase supply and decrease demand, what weekly schedule of price multipliers would you choose? Visualise in a heatmap. Could you please help me?

I am trying to use data validation tables for certain entities and their related bank accounts. The form I need to enter the data into does not have vertical column headings - but it has the field name on the side instead. Also - my information has a lot of spaces/long names. Is there a way to use dependent excel data validation list from table so that if I choose one entity, it will only let me choose from its related bank accounts instead of all possible bank accounts?

I have an excel spreadsheet that calculates wage loss for clients. We calculate weekly wage loss as follows: total hours missed per week * hourly pay * 85% However, we have to max the total at $500.00 per week. How can I get Excel to choose the max of $500.00 if the wage loss calculated at 85% exceeds the $500.00 maximum?

I have seventeen criteria of percentages that amount up to 100%. Out of the 17, 5 are 15.1% (=IF(C4="Yes",(100-((100-15.1*5)/12)*12)/5,0) each because they are heavy weighted. The remaining 12 cells represent the remaining value evenly distributed amongst them which amounts up to 2.041667 (=IF(C3="Yes",(100-15.1*5)/12,0). Adjacent to these cells we have a drop down option that have three options to choose from (Yes, No and N/A). The way it is programmed right now is that if Yes is chosen, the percentage will be calculated into the total as a sum. If no is chosen then to the adjacent cell instead of the percentage 0 will be recorded. What is required to be done however is N/A. The reason that provides me with problems is that due to it stating zero the total percentage drops down. For that what is required is that the value of the cell adjacent to N/A, it is evenly distributed amongst all other cells adjacent to yes or no. Meaning if there is one or two N/A and the remaining cells are still showing yes. The total percentage would still be 100. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you. There is one column where there is an opposite case going on, meaning if there is yes selected then the percentage will not be added and if there is a no, the percentage will be added. Thank you in advance, Afaq

Hello! I am trying to make an excel spreadsheet with drop down lists. I made my first drop down list, and now I am wondering if there is a way to make a new drop down in the column next to it, that filters the only options to choose from based on what was selected from the first column? Thank you

i need to be able to select a number from a drop down list based upon a value from another drop down list. My numbers are .25,.3,.35,.4,.5,.6,.8,1,1.2 that are in a drop down cell already, i have a cell next to it that has specific numbers that can be used per whatever number they selected. Example is if they select .3 they can only choose 50,75,100,125,150,175,200,225,250 in the second box. but for larger numbers like the 1.2 they can select only 150-500 in 25 increments.

Hi, I have got an Excel workbook with a few sheets in. I would like to split the workbook so that each separate sheet is transferred to a new workbook using VBA (in other words, split a workbook into many workbooks) and I would like to be able to choose where to save the new workbooks when the macro is running (meaning, open the save as dialogue). Please advise me what to do. Many thanks.

USING SOLVER TO MINIMIZE COST AND SUPPLY DEMAND FOR PRODUCT - Sheet ej2 You work for a company that operates in 5 cities and sells tomatoes. The tomatoes are distributed in bags and can be purchased from 5 different suppliers. A city can buy from more than one supplier and a supplier can sell to more than one city. Suppliers have a limit on maximum bags that they can sell. In turn, cities have a fixed demand for tomatoes that must be fully supplied. The objective of this exercise is to choose how many bags to buy from each supplier in order to supply the demand for tomatoes in each city and minimize the cost of buying bags of tomatoes.
